THE SOAP FACTORY PRESENTS: THE HAUNTED BASEMENT 2012

THE SOAP FACTORY PRESENTS: THE HAUNTED BASEMENT 2012

I can’t believe it’s already that time of year. Tickets are on sale already for the scariest haunted house in the mid-west. If you have not experienced this, I highly recommend it. It is an adults only house of horrors that requires you to sign a waiver before entering. There is also a safe word provided at the beginning of the tour in the event that you cannot take it and want to leave.

At every turn, visitors are faced with a grotesque perversion of the mundane, turning everyday actions into fresh terrors. With inspiration drawn from personal experiences and commonplace moments, The Haunted Basement is real life twisted on itself, pushing the boundaries of Art and Theatre. Each visitor is the protagonist in their own unique horror story, choosing between options and discovering how long they can last before their courage fails them.

Buy tickets here.

Man hands out fetus dolls for Halloween

From WSBTV 2: Some parents who attended a trick-or-treat event in Loganville say they were offended by what some children got with their candy; a doll resembling a 12-week-old fetus.

Man hands out fetus dolls for Halloween

The man who handed out the dolls, or fetus models, is Joshua Edmonds, senior minister of ‘Project: Ignite’, which he describes as a Christian social justice organization.

He believes those who were offended misunderstood his message about life, and that he did not mention abortion during the event even though his organization is against abortion.

“We’re still trying to understand where the offense is at,” Edmonds said.

Watch the news story here.

Can someone go punch Joshua Edmonds in the face? This idiot needs to find another way to share his views on abortion. Although abortion is horrific, Halloween should not be a time to hand out political messages.

Video clips of parents telling their kids they ate all of their Halloween candy

This is a segment from Jimmy Kimmel Live where he asked parents to video tape telling their kids that they ate all of the Halloween candy. Cruel, but funny. The kids at the end are priceless.

Trick Or Treat With Timmy prank

For a Halloween prank these guys dressed up a 4 foot dummy to look like a trick or treater complete with bag of candy (and a hidden microphone). Then we went door to door with our fake “Timmy” to see what kind of reactions we would get. Pretty good stuff here…
