Guns N’ Roses’ Axl Rose to appear on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’
Rose will be a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live tonight Wednesday, October 24. Rose has not been on a live televisionbroadcast in over 20 years.

Don’t set your DVR to record it though. Axl will probably show up 3 hours late.
In an interview with smnnews.com, the current guitar player DJ Ashba said that the band has a number of songs written and recorded but there is no date on when the next album will be released.

Prince has a new look and a new song
Prince has a new look and a new song and album, and both fall squarely under the category of old school. He showed them off on ABC’s The View this morning. Watch.
A new Prince song titled “RnR Affair” (“Rock & Roll Love Affair” ) is a throw-back poppy track that is reminiscent of the old stuff we loved from our beloved Minnesota music export. Listen to it below.
Prince is also rumored to be dating his new young protégé Andy Allo. Allo’s new album was executive produced by Prince and features three songs he co-wrote.

Paul McCartney named world’s richest lead singer ($800 million in net worth) – Bono is second ($600 million) on the list followed by Jimmy Buffet ($400 million), Elton John ($320 million), and Mick Jagger ($305 million).
I am surprised at Jimmy Buffet. I knew the dude was rich, but figured others would be ahead of him. $400 million will buy you a lot of Cheeseburgers in Paradise.

Lennon & Maisy – Sunglasses At Night
The Stella sisters Lennon and Maisy, quite possibly the world’s coolest preteens, are shooting to viral fame. They offer up this harmonious cover of Corey Hart’s “Sunglasses At Night” as an apology for not being able to accept Michael Kors’ invitation to join him at Fashion Night Out.
I have always loved this song. Their cover is splendid.
