Is this the ghost of Lee Harvey Oswald?

My friend was recently in Dallas and went to The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza. While outside, he snapped some photos of the Texas School Book Depository from the street. If you look closely at the window where Lee Harvey Oswald allegedly assassinated President Kennedy from, there looks to be a person in the window. If you have been on this tour, you know that this corner is sealed off by glass from the public and nothing has been set in front of the window by museum staff. Notice the figure in the window appears to be wearing a white t-shirt and is crouching while looking out.

Could this be the ghost of Lee Harvey Oswald?

Note: Photos were taken on an iPhone from the North side of Elm Street and the South side of Elm Street.  This is close to where Kennedy was hit with the fatal shot(s) to the head.

Thanks for sharing Corey S.

Look closely. Does this look like a person in the window?

Zoomed in. Is this the ghost of Lee Harvey Oswald?

As you can see, no one is able to enter the “shooters nest” portion of this building. It is closed off with glass. Source: JFK.org

Pittsburgh mayor forced to “Tebow” for the camera

From CNN

Pittsburgh’s mayor knelt down in defeat on Tuesday, donning a Denver Broncos No. 15 jersey and “Tebowing” in front of the Steel City’s skyline to pay off a bet he made with the mayor of Denver over the Steelers-Broncos playoff game….

“This is not something I ever thought I’d have to do, and it certainly wasn’t something I was looking forward to,” Ravenstahl said. “However, we’re good sports here in Pittsburgh, and I want to congratulate Denver on a great win.”

And a great win it was…

Terrified dog swims up to kayaker

A man kayaking in the Gulf of Mexico rescued an injured dog that was swimming offshore after fleeing when his owner was struck and killed by a car.

The bizarre and sad tale unfolded on Saturday afternoon on Siesta Key, an island community about 40 miles (65 kilometers) south of St. Petersburg, FL.

News reports say that 53-year-old Donna Chen was jogging with her dog Barney, a Hungarian Vizsla. A 22-year-old named Blake Talman was driving drunk and hit them. The dog owner died at the scene and the badly injured and scared dog ran off and jumped into the Gulf of Mexico.

The kayaker captured the water rescue on his video camera. Barney is now back with his family. I assume, mourning and dreaming of eating that drunk driver for lunch.

They’re real people!

Here is proof that the online chat help people you ask questions to are real people.

Woman finds racial slur on Papa John’s receipt

Another reason to check your receipt: After buying a pizza from the Hamilton Heights branch of Papa John’s in New York City on Saturday, Harlem resident Minhee Cho discovered that an employee had described her using the racial slur, “lady chinky eyes.”

Papa Johns receipt

Cho posted a photo of the receipt on Twitter and tweeted: “Hey @PapaJohns just FYI my name isn’t ‘lady chinky eyes’”

Cho commented that she was “surprised” to see the racist phrase as “the lady that was serving me was super nice and we joked and it seemed super normal.”

Papa John’s responded quickly, saying via Twitter on Saturday evening that the employee (a sixteen-year-old girl, says Gothamist) had been fired and expressing shock at the incident:

We are very upset by recent receipt issue in New York & sincerely apologize to our customer. Franchise employee involved is being terminated.

The pizza chain had no choice but to respond with alacrity. After Cho tweeted about the receipt, it was viewed over 200,000 times over the weekend, according to CNN.

Probably gonna get blasted for this, but I kinda feel bad for companies now. With social media, nothing can be dealt with in-house and in a private matter. Companies always take a risk hiring people, and inevitably a shithead will get employed. I don’t think we need to call for a boycott of the pizza chain or anything though. People need to settle down.

Papa John’s fired the dipwad that did it. Cancel the sensitivity training. Stop releasing official statements. Let’s move on.
