Bruins fan allegedly stabbed in neck during riot

I am seriously considering not wearing a team jersey if I am watching a sporting event in a different city. With Bruins fans being stabbed in Vancouver and Giants fans being beaten in Los Angeles, I think I’ll dress a little more inconspicuously.

R.I.P. Porky’s – Closing on Sunday

I was very sad to hear the news about Porky’s in St. Paul closing it’s doors. The neighborhood drive-in rode the crusin’ craze of the 1950’s in St. Paul and was  a place to show off your classic car while eating famous onion rings. Everyone who lives in Minnesota has a story about this place.

Even though the owners said business was good, the tax hikes and newly planned construction of the Central Corridor light-rail line were factors in closing.

Porky’s will close their doors this Sunday. Thanks a lot light-rail people. I hope your happy.
