Gunman opens fire during showing of ‘The Dark Knight Rises’

Twelve people died in the shooting at a showing of the new Batman film “The Dark Knight Rises” in Aurora, Colo., early Friday morning. The suspect has been apprehended and identified as James Holmes (age 24). The gunman (Wearing a flack jacket) entered a crowded theater was carrying a shotgun, two handguns, and had a rifle strapped to his back. Witnesses report that Holmes kicked down an emergency door at the theater, threw in some type of a smoke bomb and began shooting when moviegoers started to run.

At least 12 people have been killed and up to 50 injured. One of the 12 people shot and killed in the “Dark Knight Rises” massacre in Colorado this morning had narrowly avoided a shooting spree in a Toronto mall last month. Read her unfortunate story here.

Pittsburgh mayor forced to “Tebow” for the camera

Pittsburgh’s mayor knelt down in defeat on Tuesday, donning a Denver Broncos No. 15 jersey and “Tebowing” in front of the Steel City’s skyline to pay off a bet he made with the mayor of Denver over the Steelers-Broncos playoff game….

“This is not something I ever thought I’d have to do, and it certainly wasn’t something I was looking forward to,” Ravenstahl said. “However, we’re good sports here in Pittsburgh, and I want to congratulate Denver on a great win.”

And a great win it was…

If you have ever come home to find things not how you left them, you may want to ask the dogs. This guy grabs a video camera and interrogates a couple of dogs over some missing kitty treats. If you own a lab, you understand how they will not look at you when they have done something bad. Labs have the worst poker faces ever.

Denver the dog has been viewed by more than 2.5 million people and now has a Facebook page.
