‘Zero Dark Thirty’- Movie Trailer about Bin Laden Mission

American military will kick your s*%$# in and then make a movie about it.

Kathryn Bigelow’s Zero Dark Thirty is a new military film about the US Navy SEAL Team 6 hunt for Osama bin Laden and the mission that eventually caught and killed him. This is Bigelow’s follow-up to The Hurt Locker and the project has been shrouded in complete secrecy while shooting this year. There’s not a lot of good looks at the cast in this teaser, but it does certainly set the tone. Mark Strong, Kyle Chandler, Jessica Chastain and brothers Nash & Joel Edgerton star in this movie that hits theaters on 12/19.

Movie prequel to Stephen King’s ‘The Shining’ in the works

From Examiner: Stephen King has been planning to write a prequel to “The Shining” called “Dr. Sleep,” which follows little Danny Torrance as an adult. The entire purpose is to delve into demons that use people with The Shining to get into our world. Word came on July 30 that Warner Bros. also wants to revisit the story with a “Shining” prequel, about what happened in the Overlook Hotel before Jack Torrance tried to kill his family there.

The source, who remained nameless because they were not supposed to talk about it, said the studio has asked writer-producer Laeta Kalogridis (“Shutter Island”) and her partners Bradley Fischer and James Vanderbilt to work on a new story for the prequel.

First look at Matt Damon and Michael Douglas in new Liberace film

The two actors will portray Scott Thorson and Liberace in the upcoming biopic, Behind the Candelabra, which is being directed by Steven Soderbergh. The movie also stars Rob Lowe, Dan Aykroyd and Debbie Reynolds. More pictures and info about the movie can be seen here.

SNOOP Dogg changes his name

SNOOP Dogg has officially dropped the Dogg act and upgraded his name to “Snoop Lion”.

The rapper says he underwent a spiritual and artistic rebirth while in Jamaica where he was given the new moniker by Rastafarian priests.

“I didn’t know that until I went to the temple, where the High Priest asked me what my name was, and I said, ‘Snoop Dogg.’ And he looked me in my eyes and said, ‘No more. You are the light; you are the lion.’ From that moment on, it’s like I had started to understand why I was there.”

The 40-year-old said as a result of his reincarnation, his new album will be a reggae record as he finds rap no longer “a challenge.”

Oh boy, here we go. I am not high enough to understand this.
