President Obama and Prime Minister David Cameron of Great Britain watch Mississippi Valley State play Western Kentucky in a first-round NCAA tournament game in Dayton, Ohio. I wonder who the secret service guys are?

CIA Whistleblower talks about Heart Attack gun

During Senate testimony in 1975 into illegal activities by the CIA, it was revealed that the agency had developed a dart gun capable of causing a heart attack. The dart from this weapon can penetrate clothing and leave nothing but a tiny red dot on the skin. Apparently the poisonous dart completely disintegrates upon entering the target. Watch her testimony below.

Conspiracy theorists are speculating that Andrew Breitbart may have been the victim of assassination recently. Many suggest that Mark Pittman, a reporter who predicted the financial crisis and exposed Federal Reserve misdoings may have been assassinated with a similar CIA weapon.

It all seems pretty far-fetched and more like a movie plot, but who knows. What do you think?

Must have fashions for the conspiracy theorist

Are you a conspiracy theorist or know one? Here are some great fashion gift ideas you could send them in a plain unsuspecting brown package with no return address. Oh, and use these fake rubber postal stamps all over the packaging.

JSOC: The President’s Ace in the hole

The team of US Special Operations Forces who killed Osama bin Laden in a pre-dawn raid on a compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, were led by elite Navy SEALS from the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC, pronounced: JAY-sock). They basically serve as the president’s secret army, planning and executing the most dangerous, highly classified missions of the United States military. Somali pirates killing? Nabbing Saddam Hussein? Black Hawk Down? JSOC was involved in all of them.

The Command: Deep Inside the President’s Secret Army by Marc Ambinder and D.B. Grady is a new book that goes deep inside JSOC and gives us a look at why our military is badass. It is now available at Amazon.
JSCO book

mental_floss has a great article here on 10 Things You Didn’t Know About the President’s Secret Army. Here’s a few:

  • JSOC can reconstruct documents that have been burned.
  • The aircraft used in the Bin Laden raid were from Area 51.
  • There is a JSOC base in a major European airport.
  • When you hear “Delta Force” or “SEAL Team Six,” they’re talking about JSOC.

Vince Flynn’s Kill Shot chronicles the rise of a CIA Superagent

Buy Vince Flynn Kill Shot book

In Vince Flynn’s latest page-turner, the stakes are higher than they’ve ever been as Mitch Rapp embarks on the journey that will turn him into America’s most deadly asset. Flynn is known for delivering shockingly realistic situations in his political thriller / assassin books. Every detail and protocol appears to be extensively researched and accurate. Something us mystery/espionage fans appreciate.

His latest book is called Kill Shot. It is hitting stands today. The book is actually a prequel to his later books and follows the story of how Mitch Rapp became the CIA’s superagent.

Exerpt from Simon and Schuster: In the year since the CIA trained and then unleashed him, Mitch Rapp has been steadily working his way through a list of men, bullet by bullet. With each swift and untraceable kill, the tangled network of monsters responsible for the slaughter of 270 civilians in the Pan Am Lockerbie attack become increasingly aware that someone is hunting them. Rapp is given his next target, and finds the man asleep in his bed in Paris. In the split second it takes the bullet to leave Rapp’s silenced pistol, the trap is sprung and he finds himself in the fight of his life.
