A Kentucky doctor has been arrested for allegedly choking a teenage girl for not social distancing. John Rademaker, 57, is allegedly seen approaching a group of teenagers to scold them. As words are exchanged, he is seen on video shoving one girl. He then jumps on another and appears to start strangling her.
